Terms of Service

These terms define your rights and obligations when using Social AI, including account management, publishing, ad campaigns, analytics, and related services.

Last updated: April 16, 2026

1

Using the Service

By using the platform, you agree to these terms and any related policies, and you confirm you have appropriate authority if you are acting on behalf of an organization.

Social AI must be used only for lawful purposes and in compliance with connected platform rules, without abusing accounts, data, or API access.

2

Accounts and Content

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, tokens, and connected integrations, and for all content drafted, published, or scheduled through your workspace.

Any output generated through AI features should be reviewed and approved by you before it is published, reused, or relied on in advertising campaigns.

3

Billing and Subscriptions

A free plan is available with defined limits. Paid plans (Basic and Pro) are activated through the PayTabs payment gateway in Saudi Riyals or other supported currencies.

Features and limits may vary by plan, and some capabilities may be restricted if a subscription ends, payment fails, or plan usage limits are exceeded.

4

Service Changes

We reserve the right to update features, plans, pricing, or integrations when needed for operational, legal, or security reasons, with advance notice where possible.

Material changes to these terms will be announced on the platform, and continued use after the changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

5

Liability and Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if they violate these terms, threaten platform security, or create clear legal or operational risk.

The service is provided as is, and to the maximum extent permitted by law Social AI is not liable for indirect damages, profit loss, or data loss resulting from service use or interruption.
