Users can request the deletion of their data by contacting us via email or via the link above. All data associated with their account will be deleted within 30 days.
To submit your request, send an email to ca.markode@gmail.com with the email address linked to your account and an explicit deletion request.
When a deletion request is processed, we remove your personal account data, saved posts, campaign data, message history, and access tokens linked to your connected external platform accounts.
We may retain certain data for a limited period if required by legal obligations, to resolve an active dispute, or to prevent fraud in accordance with applicable policies.
After receiving your request, our team will send a confirmation within 3 business days, and data deletion will be completed within 30 days of that confirmation.
Once deletion is complete, you will no longer be able to access your account or recover any previous data. If you wish to return to the platform in the future, you will need to create a new account.
